Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for biocide products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, regulatory authorities, and external partners to facilitate the registration and approval processes for biocide products in different markets. Your expertise in biocide regulations and your ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes will be critical to our success.
Responsibilities
Conduct regulatory assessments to determine compliance requirements for biocide products in various regions.
Prepare and submit dossiers, applications, and technical documents for product registrations and approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect and compile data required for regulatory submissions.
Stay updated with the latest regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the organization.
Interact with regulatory authorities and external partners to address queries, resolve issues, and facilitate the regulatory review process.
Ensure compliance with labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.
Conduct human health and environmental risk assessment.
Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology) or a related field.
Strong knowledge of biocide regulations, including relevant legislation, guidelines, and registration processes.
Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers and applications for biocides or similar regulated products.
Excellent understanding of toxicology, ecotoxicology, and risk assessment principles.
Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to non-regulatory stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
Experience in project management and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
